July 24 2020 - Important update for tenants in British Columbia.


As of June 24th, 2020 these evictions are permitted again. If you received one of these eviction notices on or after June 24th, 2020, then you need to dispute it within the appropriate time limit:

 

  • One month notice to end tenancy for cause (10 days to dispute);

  • Two month notice to end tenancy for landlord use of property (15 days to dispute);

  • Four month notice to end tenancy for renovation/demolition (30 days to dispute).
