Client Safety Protocols
For the safety of all our staff and visitors, we are requiring everyone to adhere to the following COVID-19 safety protocols:
What to expect if you come to the office without an appointment:
-
Please call or email rather than come to the office whenever possible. Coming to the office will not result in faster access to a legal advocate.
-
When we are experiencing higher volume (like during tax season from March - May) we may limit the number of people who can be in the waiting area at a time and ask you to wait outside. We thank you in advance for your patience.
-
Masks are optional in our front desk reception area, however if you request one of our staff or volunteers to help you with filling out forms we may request you put on a mask, or obtain assistance outside.
What to expect if you come for an in-person appointment:
-
Please check in at the front desk upon your arrival.
-
Masks are required past the front desk area reception area for clients attending to in-person appointments.
-
Please maintain safe distance between other clients and staff and volunteers while in the office.
Please do not come to our office if:
-
You are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms (even mild),
-
You have had any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days, or
-
You have been directed by the public health office, 811, or a doctor to self-isolate.
