• Only those members who are in good standing 30 days before the Annual General Meeting will be eligible to vote for Directors of the Society.  Please call us if you have ANY questions about your membership.

• Nominations to the Board of Directors must be forwarded to the President of the Society no later than 30 days before the AGM. Nominations are closed. No nominations will be accepted at the AGM.

• A Director shall be elected at the AGM for a two (2) year term and may not serve more than three (3) consecutive terms.
